Description

The sealing surface of the , with a Colmonoy and fuse layer ( base), requires and resistance (wet environment with hard particles). This pin was metallurgically analyzed to qualify a new manufacturer to supply pins that require after thermal spray and fuse process. The requirements for the pin body are minimum YS 415 and 27 J impact energy at -20°C. The layer requires minimum 450HV and no connecting . The supplier was qualified.
